橡膠帶式真空過濾機(jī)是一種以真空負(fù)壓為推動(dòng)力實(shí)現(xiàn)固液分離的設(shè)備。真空負(fù)壓(0.04-0.07MPa)的作用下，懸浮液中的液體透過過濾介質(zhì)(濾布)被抽走，而固體顆粒則被介質(zhì)所截留，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)液體和固體的分離。其在結(jié)構(gòu)上過濾區(qū)段沿水平長(zhǎng)度方向布置，可以連續(xù)完成過濾、洗滌、吸干、濾布再生等作業(yè)。
